Cable Channels glitching

I have got a h2h, with the new whooshbuild. I have glitching on certain channels (some hd/others sd). I can watch most channels glitch free, so don't think it's the line. Any ideas?

If your sure your line is fine make sure your cables and splitter good quality I had a similar issue when I first rerouted my box. Once I changed the cable all was fine
