Channels missing

My channels (BT, Eir etc) went blank, so I thought before I contact my provider and complain, I'd check that it wasn't my end first. So I've tried two different test lines both blank, I tried updating to the latest Wooshbuild, still blank.

All the FTA channels work, the network is displaying as working correctly and I can ftp into the box.

I'm really confused as to what the problem could be.

Any ideas what it could be?
 
I am / have just been watching yone hurling on eir sport1 and its ok as are the bt`s
eir2 and premier are freezing badly and to the point I get 10 seconds of moving pictures then up to min of freeze or black screen
dunno if maybe they have changed transponder or maybe summit else is playing up.
