Channels not clearing

Started this evening. So far...ALL News Channels are dark, about a third of the Movie channels inc 2x Sly HD, and a few other channels.
Channels that are working are freezing more often than usual.
Area 41069
Softcam panel is reporting "No new ECM info" on the dark channels.
Have rebooted Box and Router, & swapped out the Tratec Splitter for a Technetix, none of which make any difference.
Have also updated Config files in ABM, & re scanned.
Do get the occasional picture for a few seconds now and again, but it soon goes dark again.
I suspect provider, or Vermin issue, but is anyone else suffering similar?

Have you checked virgin web site status page? enter your Postcode and it will show any known issues for your area?

Have you tried a test line with another provider? this will tell you if it's your provider or not.

Have you checked your connections, I had someone claiming they had black channels a few days ago, it turned out the vm feed had worked loose from the back of the box, pushed it back in fully and he got all his channels back.
