channels not saving

Hi,
I amd new to this and need help with a brand new zgemma star 2s with open-atv 5.1 and slyk1 HD V3.0 skin

I need advice adding a cline to the system, do I need a plugin installed to add details to the cccam.cfg file or where exactly do you add the details in the file using notepad and then Ftp'ing it directly to the box?

Set up from scratch, I have completely went through the guide and the in Softcam Panel v2.0 I have selected CCcam 2.3.0 and the CCcam.cfg file has the text: C: server port username password within it. (the proper username and password etc is within the file)

the CCcaminfo is showing provider: unknown provid: 0x00 as it doesn't seem to be reading the CCcam.cfg file

If there is a backup image with this all in it I would be interested in trying that?

Mtpockets has a backup of 4.2 have a look through the zgemma 2s section there's someone who has done 5.1 just pm him for the backup
