Hi yes netid is correct. HD channels are particularly bad but others are also scrambling.. checked cabling as well.

How can I try a direct connection? Only one connection from the back and that has to go in to splitter first?

Straight from the box on the wall into the back of the h2h

If I do that then how will I still get internet as the cable from the wall normally goes in to the virgin router?

Hey mate... maybe the lines I have tried have all been bad lines..

Pixellating is a signal issue - even without router plugged in, you'll still get SD versions of channels 1-5 to check signal.

Any pictures of cables and splitter you're using?

I can pm you my provider of you like I no he's all good here but for four to be bad mate it points to something your end mate.

1/5 sd are freeview he said HD frezze mate I agree though it's something his end but he also said he gets 70 odd% signal I get 52% on some HD channels with no freezing :/

Try using a signal booster, to see if that helps matters.
