Channels scrambling on Virgin zgemma h2h

I think the poor man is confused enough with all this terminology we're throwing around

not perfect but expect people to use their brains and read where to post, its a new forum and getting out of hand by people posting everywhere and having to report numerous posts.
eg when making a request for cable or sat or iptv they dont read the first post and one of the reasons phones give these issues.

have the forum rules and stickies been read??????????????????possibly not

Most people seem to have glossed over the problem here too.

Your signal should not be as high as 72% on a zgemma h2h. It should be 29% thanks to little blip inside the z gemma tuner and software.

You need to change that splitter first then the cables but after that you need to check the power levels on your virgin hub. If the power levels are incorrect there the your problem could be from a strong virgin connection (it's finely balanced to get it working correctly)

Get the splitter first and report back.

That's bollocks, the 29% signal issue was / is a bug with sucmnsee's firmware.
