Every time I turn my zgemma on I only get a handful of programs showing what is showing on that channel the rest are just blank. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Goto favs, entertainment then ok on vm previews and watch for a moment and your epg will populate.
Youll need to set your epg though and save to a little usb stick

ok, so what you mean is that your epg isn't working?
menu>setup>epg>load/save/delete choose load

this should load the epg and then if you go to virgin previews for a few minutes it should populate

epg is on there worked fine been on holiday 4 a week and not working properly now do I need 2 load epg again ?
