This does include their Free Antivirus as well, but it can be opted out during the install.

This is what I use for both my laptop and desktop. With the firewall and anti-virus combined, it's called Comodo Internet Security. The anti-virus scans my system once a week on saturday at midnight. Very rarely do I find something on my system, but when I do, it is easily removed. In the past few months since I have been using it, I have only found the occasional spyware with the tracking cookies.
