Connecting sat box with hdmi / audio connector to scart style tv

Hi Folks quick tech question. I want to put a zgemma in my kitchen but the tv only has scart and those audio type cables, What do folks do with a box like that do you just use a set of audio video cables or can you get a scart to hdmi adaptor?
