Connection problems

hi have just got zgemma H5.2s. I can connect the box through the ethernet cable, straight to the modem, It works ok through wifi with an antenna attached, but for some reason it will not connect through the home plug has anyone got any thoughts on this, thanks

Are your homeplugs plugged into an extension lead? Some don't place nice if not plugged into the main socket

hi my home plugs are into an extension but as my vu and openbox worked straight out of the box with no problems I did not think that was a problem, so I will try it straight into the mains, thanks

Homeplugs need to plug direct into sockets usually on the same electric ring or circuit
