Connection to zgemma issues

Apologies if this has already been asked, did try a search but couldn’t find the answer.

Got H2S on Wooshbuild 6.

When I try to connect to the box via either putty to try and add a VPN to open vpn or via echannelizer both return a ‘failed, unable to connect’ error.

I have the correct IP address from box, menu –info – network, also FTP setup is running.

Any advice?

Disconnect the ftp then try putty again try every mode telnet ECT
