continually booting up to -00-

Hi Guys yesterday i stupidly pressed reset to factory settings when i was in the menu on my h.2h now since then all the box does is continually Boot upto -00- then starts the process all over again. Is there any way i can get my box back on or have i messed up?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Reflash will be best, hopefully you have a copy of the line if not you still might be able to retrieve it.

Factory reset is a stupid idea on enigma2 and should be removed.
