Wont work as a fix to hd, i have installed similar products and its for converting any input to a dvb t hd transmission, ie sky hd box in comms room inputting into modulator and converted to dvb t signal and sent around house via coax then use hd freeview tv to tune in and watch sky in hd,,hope makes sense...Wont change standard def to hd...
