Data usage on boxes

hi

I have 4 boxes at home , and iPad I have had issues with internet , I have been told that it's a regular thing every month that they see a large amount a data being use one day each month. I don't watch online movie or tv, I just use my boxes for sly tv , anyone seen there data usage go up since having these boxes, it's not large usage but it's all in one day each month!!

You say you dont stream on line
Cams for sly require a tiny packet of data every 7 or 8 seconds only whilst premium channels are being watched so I cant imagine its your boxes unless something has been compromised.

As scoob says your boxes will hardly use much data over the month. It will be down to something else is your network secure, not got neighbours hacking onto it

yep i have used my mobile phone to connect and data usage was in kb sizes, i would look at ipad it could be updating automatically, i would think anyone hacking your connection would be using it all the time
