Data usage question

I just followed the link suggested earlier and it sounds totally feasible that, that is where the data went one particular month. How do i make it wake on BBC1 for instance. Thats definitely got to help, I've had the net disconnected for over a month now
 
Open bouquets and find and highlight bbc1 then press menu then down to set as startup service and press ok it will ask you if you want this only on startup or also on standby. Choose also on standby this will set bbc1 as the default when the box goes to standby and will be channel you see when starting up
