how the hell do i update the box so it accepts the key.....bearing in mind ive tried googling everywhere just cant find an easy tut......i understand ive got to put something on usb surely it just cant be that otherwise you could type it in in 2 minutes ??

Was the test C-line sent to you as an attachment to email and if so did you unzip it first?
