Dead vm cable feed

I've got zgemma h1 but haven't been able to get any channels through the vm cable. It appears there is zero signal coming through as the config shows no signal reported. The last time I had vm tv was about 6 years ago. I've been on sly since then. I'm thinking I may have to get bb from vm to get the cable active and hopefully this will enable me to get all the tv channels. Has anyone had any similar issues with a dead cable line or any thoughts on my plan?

If you have the h1 you will still ge able to use the sat tuner , until you get your virgin problem fixed

go to your box in the street , and connect your house number on wire ..... have you set your net id

My sly has two cables from the dish do I just connect one of them to tuner A ?

yes 1 to screw in ,, you need a fitting for the cable to top rf in

Thanks for the replies. All FTA is working from the satellite now. Just need to get a line.
