Discovery Cove Orlando

TK LADY VETERAN
Just come back from Sunny Florida. weather was a bit to hot and humid for me.

This time we went to Discovery Cove and swam (well sort of) with the Dolphins you swim a very short distance with them.

We also did the Sea Adventure. I cant swim and not a lover of water but this wow!!! you put on a divers helmet and a wetsuit - water is FREEEEEEEEEZING the helmet weights 70 pounds ( in water it weighs 15 lbs) which is attached with air hoses, and walk along the bottom of the tank. we also got to hold a horseshoe crab and a slipper lobster. it was fantastic walking amongst the fishies.

I also managed to do a few seconds of scoba lol couldnt cope but i did it!! was scared i was gonna drown.

If you ever go to Orlando this is a must BUT you need to pre book before you go as there are only 1000 people admitted per day and its on a pre booked service. for the price everything you need is included and that included food and drinks - including alcohol!!

For those like me that wear glasses they have special prescription masks that help you see in the water.
