Disk full when recording?

Hi I usual have raw on recording every Monday night but it always record between 2-3 hours of it and in the morning whenever I check it has an error disk full. But my usb stick has plenty of memory.

what usb brand of stick are you using?

where did you check to see how much free space it has?

its philip 64gb and i checked device info and it says size: 60.46gb and free:52.91 gb
