not from Virgin Directly, NO. from a Supplier yes..

all you need from virgin is a connection coming into the propery and it needs to be live which most are even if it's been cancelled in the past

I presume you are asking how to go about Cable cardsharing?
You have to have a live cable feed (that doesn't mean that you have to have VM tv in your house, if you have broadband, or sometimes if you have had VM previously, the connection will still be live), a cable box, and a cable server. If you get that far, you can request a server from here http://www.techkings.org/threads/re...equest-only-2017-exp-october-31.129634/unread , do not request until you have a box.

Sorry to open this up again, but I currently have the full package from VM (Minus Sports and Movies), but if I downgrade to just broadband and phone will my Zgemma boxes and lines still work?
