doing cable scan query

a mate asked me to see if other users could assist him in setting up a dm500c running commando image,no netid info so uses a brute force scan which lists channels but not seen on list?he is from cork on u*c.if i press the button under the ok button i see a list on the solo so thought he should also.? any guidance please cheers.

think im having similar problems, i have some channels and have to do brute force every time, my channel net id dosnt work. when i imput it.. it says no bouqets found.
