Duo2 no sound

Hi all bit of a problem with my duo2
Im not getting any sound on tv from the box,the tv has sound with other devices have tried everything from changing the HDMI cable to reflashing box but its still the same no sound picture is fine anyone any ideas on what's happening thanks hedges

Just a guess m8, check your remote is ok....

aye the simple things get overlooked,as said remote check mute is not on volume is up and check audio streams

Box worked fine next morning when I turned it on lol
