Hi all hope somebody can help me with my problem. I am trying to sort out my Bouquets with
E channelizer. I have made sure my FTP is running on the Zgemma box and E channelizer brings up the box. I have the username set to root and password blank as default yet keep getting following error message.

Unable to login to STB check username and password
Any help would be gratefully appreciated as i am a new to all this
