E2i player skipping

When watching some things on her e.g. movies or football st reams it jumps every 10-15 seconds any idea why looks like could be a setting wrong but don't know. Any help would be appreciated

On the e2iplayer try pausing it for a couple of minuites or download the e2iplayer dependancies from the plugins

Come completely out of the plugin then go to menu plugins green to download plugins then extensions and look for e2iplayer dependancies press green/ok to download try that it usually works or try rebooting your box and router is it hard wired or on wifi

Downloaded that app and now says when go on something says IFD PROTOCOL SOURCE what ever that means so deleted it it's hard wired will try turning it all off and see what happens

Has it a big red x if so just press ok will still work

Better to download and watch it that way, even if its just a few minutes later, never seems to freeze that way.
