Just bought one of these to replace an ailing KV 780 which was running newcamd.
Have tried searching for a tutorial on setup but all I can find is stuff which seems to relate to sat users. Anyone know of a good tut specific to cable users?

I'll give it a go tomorrow... hope you don't mind if I need to come back with more questions.
The first thing I noticed though is that I never got a mg_cfg file from my provider.
The KV just required you to enter info from the n line into various fields in the newcamd setup.
