You need to install the softam manager and then download the softcam from plugin feeds.
All the files and information are in the link I posted yesterday.

agreed it looks like he is missing the cams (I dont recall IF I needed to install cams when I setup my Nino), I think the .ipk is available from the TK downloads page. easy way to check is goto plugins menu, then download plugins & look for the sofcams option in the list, if it isnt there you need to install the .ipk

Still stuck. Finally found where files hiding
Menu, set up, software manager, advanced options, select additional back up files.
But don't know how to use them as nothing happens, I even factory reset the box so I could put openvix on it. Still went back to openatv 6. Then had to do it all again doing my head in. Anyone plz help

you need to reflash it with OpenVix,
factory reset does nothing but give a whole heap of problems tbh

do you know how to flash the box.?

ok, I only asked if you had saved thge details, as reflashing will delete everything off your box
you need to download latest version of openvix for your box and flash via USB
do you know how to do that.?

Put your box in deep standby, then insert your USB, then power on using remote.
