Enigma 2 Xtream editor - gstreamer 5001 help

hi any tips would be much appreciated.

My supplier advised I would need to swap from service type IPTV to Gstreamer.

However when I do this I can’t view any channels?

I downloaded service app mistakenly thinking I needed it?

Any ideas what I can check or change?

Install iptvplayer (e2iplayer)and it will install gstreamer
