Hi,
Got a Zegemma s2 on wooshbuild v5. Came in yesterday and no pay channels working. BBC 1 and ITVHD not working but some FTA are. The epg is not showing on the channels that wont work.

I have reflashed the box twice but still the same. Gift supplier says he can see my line online.

Is it a possibility the wind might have moved the dish? After all it flipped the trampoline lol.

Press red button on remote , check that your cam is on press soft cam panel set your cam

check your signal finder , tell if its your dish , signal finder in service systems menu

The cam was on but the signal finder said 30% 6dB.

I got the ladder out and straight away could see the spirit bubble on the dish arm had moved. The signal is now 80% and 16dB and I have everything back. Thank you very much!!!

Do you know what the signal should be as a norm?
 
Yep or as close to it as possible, I usually hover about 96% on BBC1, some channels are as low as 60% so maybe i need a tweak too
