epg keeps refreshing every day, i have to reload. (update box question)

my zgemma h2h hasnt been updated for a while

but another issue i have is the epg data is not being saved, every morning its missing and i have to use cross epg to re-download. ive checked the settings and i can't see why it would do that. i think its set to refresh every morning 4am


my box image version is 6.1 (open atv)

do i need to update box?

any advise?

You will need to reflash mate to open 6.2 the latest one

Have you a hdd mounted and epg set to store on there? If not that that could be why as the box has very little internal memory so a hdd or a USB stick would be a good idea or I would go down the reflash route mate make sure you have your line details to hand as will loose them with a reflash openatv 6.1 is no longer updated so I would reflash with open atv 6.2 - 6.3 then put which ever image u you want one

I would also say make sure you have a usb or hdd setup for saving epg.

Which EPG sources are you obtaining/downloading?

let me check details but i do have a flash drive attached

may update to new version 6.2 and see if thats helps
