EPG missing channels

firsty , this isnt a post complaining about not having SSports 1:)

i got a new zgemma h5.2tc and have it connected to my vermin line and got an active line.
im in Cork, Ireland and ran a channel scan and got 17 channels
Firstly, none of the HD channels work (dont know if thats a line issue. )
Secondaly, all the sky sports channels are there but none of the BT channels.
My question is am i doing the scan correct?

It was the only net Id that I could find that worked. I asked a few times for a cork Id but no reply so by trail and error I tried them all till one worked

Does the h52tc have the signal finder in the setup >service searching?

I tried a few local frequencies on mine and found one that went off the scale. Snr 100% age 95% then matched the numbers in the Abm and done the Channel scan.
