EPG not downloading automatically

Hi.
I am running Openvix 5 on my Enigma 2 box.
My EPG doesn't seem to be downloading automatically.
If I click onto a channel then the information will populate.

Any ideas?

I have CrossEPG and EPG importer.

Post screenshots up of your settings, and we can see where you are going wrong

Why have two for?

That might be where I am going wrong. I'll post some screenshots shortly.
Which one would you recommend using?

I use importer but some people say cross has better descriptions
But I don't look at them very often
