Epg on duo 2 problem

Got a slight prob with new box.
just set up as per bees guide plus a few other bits . Got all working , channels clearing ,
but the cross espg is not putting info into the TV guides.
i press tv then movies ( or any other section ) and it lists the channel but most of them don't have program info next to them.
yet all the channels work ok.
any ideas. Pretty sure cross Espg is set up correct .... I think .

Go to openTV providers and make sure sky UK open tv is selected and then retry

As Edd-mcn said above, Make sure it as a green tick at the side of it, if not highlight it and press the ok, Then click save.

now select the Download Now.

Sorry to jump on a thread, but I have a Solo 2 on Vix 166, and when I check the menu as described above, the SkyopenTV is ticked, but I still miss EPG data like Noste originally posted about. Any other "troubleshooting" I could try? Or is there an alternative to CrossEPG? Thanks in advance of any help!

Vix 166? Think you need an update. Vix 3.2 021 is out at the moment
