I had just about completed uploading my Z gemma star 2S when , suddenly the error message came onto the tv screen .I am not too technically minded is there a simple solution ?

Moved for you, another thing to remember is coming on at half past 11 looking for a solution is not the best idea, as it is almost bedtime for us in the GMT(+1) region.
Someone will probably help you out from here mate.
There is generally a simple solution, once you give full information.
To start off with, what were you "uploading" your box with?
Has this box been working previously, or are you starting from scratch?
Give as much detail as to what you were after doing just before the error.
