Extending Virgin Coax Cable

Can anyone offer any advice on what type of wire is required please? Need to do a couple of boxes and at present I only have some old sky wire, will this work? I read somewhere that Webro HD100 is the way to go.

I have used standard sky cable to extend my vm line and had no problems

Yes webro HD 100 or WF100
Just make sure it's not copper clad steel wire.
A pure copper wire is what you want. Don't go cheap will come back to bite you ;-)

I've bought most of my cabling from here cheap_smartphone | eBay never had any problems with it & works fine with sat & cable.
