I'm looking to buy the below external tuner for my Edision OS Mini:

Sundtek MediaTV Digital Home USB Tuner Cable / Terrestrial HD (DVB-C/T/T2)

In the description it mentions "For HDTV either a fast CPU (>3 GHz) without a graphiccard which can do MPEG decoding, or starting with Intel ATOM bundled with an NVidia Graphiccard is required (eg. NVidia ION Systems are well supported). Supported Systeme/Architekturen:
* ARM
* Intel/AMD x86 (32/64 bit)
* IBM PowerPC (z.B. Sony Playstation 3 - erste Version)
* MIPS/MIPSel
* Dreambox 800 HD (Mipsel)"

Does this mean that if i buy it and install it that the box will not be powerful enough to stream HD via the USB tuner?
 
is that usb version for pc/laptop only as they have other models that you can use with sat boxes to add a cable/freeview tuner to.
