Factory Reset

Hi All
I bought a dm800 hd with gift, the seller has vanished , the problem is I need to a line and it looks like he has changed password on box for when i go into filezzila or dcc ,can anyone tell me how to do a full factory reset please.

Just reflash with new firmware, go to the dreambox section to see tutorials
