Firestick and stb emu

Sorted a stick and sub for my g/f and it worked great at my place but not hers...
suggestions please?

Hi Mate,

I have noticed that STB Emu seems to quite often drop its mac address and it changes.

Could this be the problem? have you tried it back at your house and it still works?

I would check this first.

We discovered it was due to the Sky shield.... soon fixed :)
