Hi I was having a lot of trouble with my brand new USB that was not flashing my box no matter how many times I tried. I have tried low level format and full windows format as advised on google and wasted hours and hours trying to flash the zgemma star 2s with my sandisk ultra fit 32GB usb.
So after experimenting I have finally found a fix which I will gladly share with all of you. I've tried on 5 different boxes and this method works first time everytime!
1. Turn everything off and plug the USB in the back of the box with your image
2. Turn on the box and let it start up fully.
3. Go to Menu > Standby/Restart > Restart
4. Restart will now happen and box will now recognise the USB and start flashing!
5. Remove USB after flash complete, quick format it, and plug it back in to reuse it.
6. Watch TV!
