Ford Connect Radio 6000CD

Hello

I recently replaced the battery on my 2012 ford Transit Connect and since then my 6000CD Radio does not have a phone menu in the advanced settings of the radio. The answer and hang up buttons are now just saying mute.

Does anyone have any ideas why this would happen and how to rectify the problem?

Did it work before ? have you got the "Voice" button on the end of the indicator stalk ?
As far as I know the bluetooth side of things is a factory option for the van, the radio is a standard item fitted to many, so without the module,
the buttons on the radio just mute.
