You have obviously installed something new or clicked on an email link.
You have installed something that has defaulted your start up pages on chrome to what they want.
You can go into your chrome settings and remove the offending start up pages.
You will have to run a anti virus/malware to get rid of the offending files as they tend to be set to run after a restart and the pages will return. Try malwarebytes free from their website.
the difference between windoze, mac, and Linux, is mac and Linux do not run as admin by default,
therefore in order to get a virus you have to actually give it permission to execute itself
so, if you have a virus on a mac, its by user error, you have gave the program permission to run
