Freeview channels pixelate/break up on Sat feed

Hello, I have a funny situation with the Sat feed on a H2H, B*C, I*V, some freeview HD channels.

The SNR is 98/99% however the picture breaks up, it has been windy so ignored it but last night with no wind it continued, I know the H2H has tuner 29% on cable feed but this is not on that it is only on the sat feed so anyone's advice or ideas would be very helpful. Thanks.

No they are not, I mention in the post it is the Sat side and not VM.

The s.n.r for f.t.p channels is usually 90%on the sattlite platform. When you are in signal finder will the s.n.r ratio stable
