Freezing after 10 seconds on all channels

Hi guys

I'm having an issue with my box today, for some reason all channels including BBC one keep freezing after around 10 seconds. Has anyone experienced this? If so how did you fix it?

Ask provider of he's having issues or try a test line to rule out your end.
Is it the fta 1/5 sd freezing aswell

Thanks for the reply. I've just checked and sd channels working fine. I'll try provider thanks.

Give box and router a good 5 min reboot too.
