freezing and not cold

hi every one has anybody got any idea why my iptv freeze"s when a recording starts on any channel

Yes it is initialzed,i did it when i did the swap manager

Does your supplier allow recording. I can record IPTV but I have to switch to sat when recording Iptv as I don't have a multiroom sub. I think With multiroom sub you can watch and record.

Yes i have a zgemma h5 so i can record from 3 differant channels
