freezing issues possiblely fixed

It's been driving me crazy, freezing every 5 minutes for 5 seconds, anyway I have checked the server and I have a good ping time plus I'm on Fibre and Etherneted up lol. So I remove my usb powered external hard drive, no more freezes (on the openbox this is) upstairs I unplug the 500gb powered HD on the zgemma star 2. No more freezes! Coincidence? Any one else had this issue and is there a fix?

On a openbox I'd suggest you use a USB stick as the USB HDD will be best suited to your zgemma, the openbox is a basic box with not much processing power so best not to overload it, lol
