Frozen on boot

Hi been channel hoping when the box froze and the vix logo started spinning in the corner of the screen, turned off the box and rebooted but now it's stuck on boot with the red light on, anyone know how to fix this?

Have you tried power button at back guessing no joy or stand by button on front other than that I would reflash my box if it was me and have details of line/iptv if you have them
