Thanks guys! Great news I can use only 1 USB now I'm past the flashing stage(oh err missus!). So just copy my files over then I would have to initialise/mount the new replacement again?

What you going to copy?
Should just be
Initialise
Swapfile
Reboot
Check both EPG paths are /HDD
Download epg
