Gigablue quad problem

Hi guys,

I had a problem on my gigablue quad with openatv 6.1 & 6.2, it wouldn't display dvbc channels even though the correct netid was used. I then reflashed with openvix 5.1.022 which was fine until I updated to 5.1.024 and the box is now the same again..no picture on dvbc, signal is good and all the channels scan in. I get the message no data on transponder (timeout reading pat). Anyone any ideas it's driving me mad.

is that from the automatic scan or abm scan,does box need a restart and cam stopped/started.
i gave up updating online and just reflash ,sometimes online updates ok .

There is a problem with the latest ViX update. My Quad has just gone black screen on 5.1.024 but it's been fine on 5.1.022.

and you restarted box and rechecked cam and still duff?

Seems like the update is doing something to the tuner..my vu+ is on openatv and that's been rock solid with all the updates. If I do an automatic scan on openvix 5.1.024 it only pulls in 77 channels..on 5.1.022 it pulls in 400+

The answer is simple, use 5.1.022 until 5.1.024 is fixed or a complete new update is released
