Gigabule HD ULTRA UE - tuners not working?

Got one of these and it arrived today but the twin DVB-C tuner isn't picking anything up when I scan for channels.

I've got the correct Net ID as I've used the same one on three different receivers now. What else could it be? got the latest vix image on there.

Take it you have used cable recently and there's no chance you've been disconnected otherwise could be faulty

I used the cable this morning, carefully removed it from my Venton and plugged straight into the new box this evening. Definitely haven't been disconnected as it's working on my Venton downstairs and I still have Internet from them (I split the cable at the router to make sure it actually wasn't the cable I was trying to use).

Must be tuner then best way is to try at a different location to rule out issues with your current setup

Right, I'll try it downstairs when I get chance then. Hopefully it's something I can sort.

Reckon this will work? saw elsewhere somebody else was having trouble with a GB with cable, gonna give it a go.
