yes, it means you'll have to get VM out.

your downstream power levels are mostly -10, -9, -8 etc.
Ideal levels are -6 to +10

also your /SNR is hovering around 35 - 37, bit on the low side but within parameters

ok update is the engineer came today. said my signal was low. went down the road and sorted out my low signal and all is now well in the world. no glitching what so ever. no matter what other devices are using the internet. thanks again for all the help; -)

Nice one :) ... The absolute lowest it should be is -6 and when it falls below this (which yours where) is when you'll notice issues. All the engineer needed to do is access your connection in the street cabinet and move you to a higher db tier which it seems like he has now done ... have you done a test since?
