Glitching and Freezing

I have dsayers 6.1 flashed on 1 box and 6.0 on the other.
I have 2 separate lines on my boxes. All connections have been changed and internet speed is good, yet i have pixelation and freezing. This can be fine one day and unwatchable the next. Strangely both boxes freeze at the same time even though supplied by 2 different servers.

My wiring setup was originally installed by virgin and was feeding 2 boxes fine

I don't know what i'm missing, but something must be wrong

Anyone got any ideas?

I do use cccam and i'm trying to get a test at the moment to install mgcam - just to rule things out

Check your signal levels on router.
Internet speed all ok.

Just entered a CWS line on one box to test - the other is cccam, both still glitching at same time.

No broadband faults in our area and the tv issues are nothing that would affect us.

I'm at a loss

Check signal levels on router - not the internet speed, actual signal levels coming into your home from the green cabinet.

Wouldnt internet drop on ipads and laptops etc in the house if there were a problem with signal levels?

I don't know how to test the signal levels on the router.

What does puzzle me is that i can watch Box Nation now and its glitching every 5/10 seconds, but tomorrow i can watch it, and it can be mostly fine. This is the senario with many channels. Movies and Sports channels seem to be mostly fine, but film 4, TCM, E4 etc glitch most of the time and these channels are unwatchable

Can anyone tell me if these look ok?

You will get a handful of channels that glitch - that's just the nature of the beast. If you can, connect a satellite dish to your box for the FTA stuff.

Your downstream power levels are too low - this wouldn't make a different to your internet really but for cable signal, it would. -6 is the absolute lowest it should be and yours is dropping below this.
